You can access your medical records electronically via the use of the Patient Portal website.
If you have any problems accessing the Patient Portal website, or have any questions, feel free to email us at patientportal@mrhme.org or submit a query via the Contact Us page.
Medical records are available by request through our Health Information Management (HIM) department. To obtain your records, fill out an Release of Information for Medical Records and return to:
